...so I'll explain the reason the "happy birthday" image file was called heather-thomas.jpg.

When I was little, people at the airport called me "young man" and when I answered the door at the house they'd asked me, "Are your parents home, son?"
I didn't understand their gender confusion, but I do admit, I think I looked an awful lot like this young male actor from the movie Smoke Signals:

What do you think? Long lost twin? Or am I nuts?
