Thanks to the Monkey, I am ending my short blogging hiatus.
Just in time to tell you about my sweet new KNIFE!
Okay okay, I know that it's totally trendy and sorta silly that I'm basically just trying to be like Rachel Ray (OMG, I didn't think she took pictures like that!), but I can't help it! I needed something all purpose that I could slice tomatoes, smash garlic, and cut meat with that has a good feel to it... I LOFE IT!
Another triumph for my adult-life is that it was also my first credit card purchase. HELLO DEBT! j/k. I totally already paid it off. Maybe I prematurely shot my wad, but I also just got a buttload of overtime from my conference in Portland, so I wanted to pay off my bill before I got a chance to spend all my new money on jeans and shoes.
And my last update for the day - My new pootie should be here around Tuesday. Thanks again Ma and Pa!
