Puta dentista, que no tiene alma

Just kidding. The dentist didn't go so badly, except that four hours is too long for any person to keep their mouth open. My TMJ ridden jaw was screaming at me for the past two days for allowing such an event, but I suppose on the bright side, my left molars are all invincible now. haha!
okay - maybe not. I swear I'll still floss.

I also have initiated the process of getting a body tune-up, finally getting around to fixing my shoulder. So far, I've been to the physical therapist and massage therapist and have gotten 2 free massages out of it! well - copay free. The phys. therapist managed to almost completely alleviate my neck pain for a couple days and then the massage therapist demonstrated the kind of pain I never thought could come from tight muscles on such a wimpy girl. He squeezed and pinched and it hurt like hell, but at the end I compared the relaxed position of my right shoulder that had been worked on and my left that had not and realized I looked like this:

...but less blond of course, and Marilyn-y.

Then they both gave me tips on how to get rid of my jaw-popping problem, and it seems to have worked well on the side the dentist didn't completely destroy with his little 4 hour operation. (Don't worry, next time I'm taking it in two sessions.)
They even gave me tips on how to correct my posture. I'd say my 25th year is not going so bad. Hooray for self-improvement!
