WOOOHOOOO!!!

OMG. I am on my own computer for the first time that it is connected to the internet and i am as happy as a little girl *PING*
I'm doing a bajillion different things and my compootie i think is mad because it's running a little slow.
Anyway, I've been having a great week. Hanging out with boys from and not from my school, but going to the piscina and going out nights and just shootin the shit and having a nice time. Every night i go home and smell like smoke, but an old compañero de casa told me where i could go buy febreeze and i just about shit myself, I was so happy.
So last night was a sad night because i had to say goodbye to a friend, but on the plus side, I found a great bar for Salsa and live music and mojitos!
"No hay mal que por bien no venga" i guess... but no. that doesn't make sense...hm.
BLEAH.
Today: HOT as hell. Bought a shirt so i can be twinsies or tripletsies or quadrupletsies with amigos. Bought another shirt just because it was cheap. Ate mashed potatoes with ground pork? in it. Bocadillo for dinner.
Last night: Ate at Japanese food Sakano. Salmon, katsu-don, and miso. Cost 9 bucks and it was odd because they were out of everything. No menu del dia and only 3 Katsu-dons. Everything salty and not enough rice or green tea. Tasty nevertheless.
Drank Sake then had some chupitos and was out for the rest of the night.
Next i have to try a restaurante Chino.

san sebastian

I went to the bay of biscay in northern spain to a town called San Sebastian.  Lisa and I played in the ocean.  I went with my roomate Olivia and our 6 hour train ride was 4 hours late to arrive at our stop.   Sucky.  Here's a map of Spain.  San Sebastian is on the north where Spain meets France.  I had some great tapas there, including lots of anchovies and also really good bread pudding, or something similar to it.  We all stayed in a hostel that cost 22 € a night (we only stayed for one)  I had reserved a hostel, but Lisa met some old lady outside the train station who offered her a room and booked it because she got there 4 hours before me and Olivia since our train was so freaking late.
Anyway, the waves there were so fun.  We got our asses kicked a few times by really strong waves, but it was never dangerous enough to die in. 

Now I am back in Salamanca, my temporary home with temporary friends, and I am sad because some of the cool people I have met are leaving this weekend, but especially my compañero de clase because my classes are going to be boring without him.  Also this cool Filipina (not filam) who looks like she's young but is actually 20 and is very rambunctious. 
Anyway, all the new kids in my class (that's almost everyone) are kind of boring and so is one of my teachers.  He's the conversation teacher and all he does is go by the book looking for conversational topics instead of just talking to us. 
Whatever. 
I will go shopping now for necessities such as febreeze and baby wipes.

yesterday, i walked all over the town with my comañeras de casa.  today, had lunch with my Carmen, my host. 
today, i need to find better shoes. and a bag. and a prayer book.  maybe i look online now. 
my wrists/shoulders hurt.

Don't wake me...

I slept in today.  But not really.  I woke up at 10 and ate breakfast.  3 pieces of bread with nutella.  yum.  Then i went to my room, started to study, and then passed out on my bed until 1:00pm. 
Then ate lunch.  Sra. Carmen made me and Olivia some eggs and then we ate crema de some vegetal.  It was good.  I ate a lot.  Then I made myself leave the house, so me and Olivia went out on a touristy adventure.  We ran into a big church (see photo blog)  and then went inside and saw some gaudy stuff.  I lit a candle for my ina anak (god daughter) so that her athsma would get better.
Then we went on a short train tour and got yelled at by some locals.  haha.  All the places we went on the "train" we had walked to at some point.  It even went right outside our house!
anyway, time is money.  new pictures are up.

ayer, mi compañera de casa y yo buscamos  un centro comercial y fuimos de compras.  Compré dos faldas en un outlet de MNG (mango), una camisa, y un chaqueta negra.  Toda era muy barato.  Esta mañana fue el ultimo dia para las  de florida.  Saqué los fotos (unos retratos - portraits) de las chicas.  Las pondre en mi website en un momento.  ¡Vale!  I'm out of patience and i have ADD.  When i go back to the US i am going to spend 48 hours straight on the internet catching up......

¡Hola! Estoy aqui en un internet café en Salamanca. Este blog no será muy interestante, pero, escritiré anyway.
okay, ingles ahora por los otros que no hablan español.
Vale, This is my new blog. I will not keep it very updated I think, but hopefully I will post pictures through it. I have to download more programs from the internet first though because this isn´t my personal computer.
