AAAAAH SOOO LAZY

Ok, I'm trying to engage in more money saving activities and this is going to be it for the day.
Here's some pictures from the SF trip. Here's all involved parties to get you started:

left to right: VAJ, MM, Me, T

About 10 miles away from our hotel on the first night in southern OR, T was driving and I was in the passenger seat while MM and VAJ snoozed in the back. All of the sudden T and I saw what resembled (to me at least) a kangaroo-ish creature lying dead across our lane. A semi was to the right, a grass and gravel median to the left, and a car was behind us. T slowed down as much he could and centered the car over the poor dead thing and KACHUNK! everyone in the car was 10 times more awake than they were a second before. We pulled over to check for damage and saw a leak which ended up being the normal condensation dripping from the air conditioner then continued on our way, a little shaken. It didn't stop us from crashing pretty quick in the motel room though...

MM and the majestic river - it moved like a slug.

Hooray for skinny houses!

Me and T at Fisherman's Wharf. Stinky sea lions to the left (not pictured)

Dinner with family and friends!

Our new travel buddy, Justin, in T's shades.

Justin and his new friend Franklin's first look at Seattle

That concludes my anything-but-comprehensive look at the past weekend.
Other awesome activities not pictured included a BART adventure to Berkeley to talk to Ethnic Studies folks, Law School Center for Social Justice folks, Deathcab For Cutie at the Greek Theater and just walking around the Castro.

I've been neglectful

There's been lots happening and I missed a bunch of it because I went to SF for a queer conference with a mess of friends. We checked it out. It was alright. They really need me to be their registrar because they were hella (that's right, I said hella) disorganized. I wish I had taken that time to see more of San Francisco, but oh well.

I'm gonna go ahead and link to this piece of very sad news on my brother's page. My family is way less than 6 degrees of separation from this tragedy. RIP Joselito Barber.

Who wants to be depressed?

If you do, read this CNN article about the rape and murder of an Iraqi family by drunk pieces of shit US "soldiers".
